PRINCE William was spotted beaming as he attended the Order of the Garter ceremony – as Princess Kate stays home to continue her cancer recovery.

The Royal Family are out in force as they hold a spectacular Garter Day at St George’s Chapel, Windsor Castle, this afternoon.
