What to Bring to Chemotherapy

My name is Michelle and I started this channel to document my journey fighting stage 3 Metastatic Triple Negative Breast Cancer. I am fighting with conventional and alternative therapies. During the course of chemotherapy & immunotherapy, I developed Central Adrenal Insufficiency. As I continue on my journey, there is more story to tell.

Before I found my cancer, I had started a Carnivore/Ketovore diet in October of 2022. In a very short time, I found many long-term health issues were improving or completely resolving, including chronic joint and muscle pain, chronic fatigue, fibromyalgia, chronic Lyme Disease, GI issues including diverticulitis and IBS, GERD (cut Rx meds in half twice), brain fog, I had lost 20+ lbs and changed my body composition, and I felt better than I had felt since my 20s (I’m 48 now)! Because of this way of eating, I had the strength and energy to fight Metastatic Triple Negative Breast Cancer!

40 oz Stainless Steel Tumbler. I have a Stanley, which at the time was one of the only options for a cup this size that would fit in a cup holder. Now, Hydroflask is a less-expensive and better option, as they test lead-free. Stanley has a lead plug on the bottom, which does not come in contact with the liquid, but it’s there.
