What I Eat – Keto/Carnivore for Cancer & Adrenal Insufficiency

This video highlights some of the foods I eat on my Keto / Carnivore Diet.

My name is Michelle, I’m 49 years old, and I live in the Northeast United States. I started this channel to document my journey with Stage 3 Metastatic Triple Negative Breast Cancer (Invasive Ductal Carcinoma). I am utilizing both conventional and holistic treatments and supplements, as well as a keto / carnivore diet. During the course of chemotherapy & immunotherapy, I developed Central Adrenal Insufficiency, which they tell me means I will be steroid-dependent for the rest of my life. As I continue on my journey, there is more story to tell. I will continue to document my journey, what I share is helpful to someone else.

Before I found my cancer, I had started a Carnivore/Ketovore diet in October of 2022. In a very short time, I found many long-term health issues were improving or completely resolved, including chronic joint and muscle pain, chronic fatigue, fibromyalgia, chronic Lyme Disease, GI issues including diverticulitis and IBS, GERD (cut Rx meds in half twice), brain fog, I had lost 20+ lbs and changed my body composition, and I felt better than I had felt since my 20s!

My other life: I am a Certified Professional Dog Trainer and Behavior Consultant (refinedcanine.com), a hockey mom, a lightworker, and now a breast cancer survivor and adrenal disease warrior.
