Public Sector should no more be allowed to work as Benevolent Organization incurring losses due to faults of inefficient workers. Similarly Private Sector should no more be allowed to collect wealth ruthlessly only for themselves. Public Sector and Private Sector need to join hands for the relief and welfare of the general public at large.
