Hiking for Mental Health [Video]

Join me on a hike through nature, as I take in the sights and sounds of Arlington Court. I’ll be walking in wonderful woodlands, and listening to the birds in a quest to improve my mental health. Exercise and nature is great for addiction recovery, mental health and general wellbeing, so hopefully this inspires you to get out walking, running, enjoying nature or whatever it is that gets you outside.
