Town Terrace Apartments are now available to rent [Video]

DOTHAN, Ala. (WTVY) – The Town Terrace Apartments are now open for business.

Today, owners and city officials cut the ribbon on the 26-unit apartment complex they worked on for two years.

In addition to gated security, the complex has amenities including a swimming pool and washer and dryer.

According to owner Stephen Mcnair, monthly rent will cost between $1,000 and $1,200; price varies based on unit size with the option of 1 or 2 bedrooms.

The apartments located on North Oates Street in downtown Dothan are in an area where people gather for food, music, and fellowship but it is also in a place that has seen its fair share of crime.

There were two arson incidents at the then “Town Terrace Inn” back in 2022. Some believe the homeless population along with past crime may drive away potential tenants.
