Silver Alert declared for missing northern Indiana man [Video]

Jerry Moore, 85, was last seen the evening of April 30 in Cromwell, Indiana.

CROMWELL, Indiana — A statewide Silver Alert has been issued for a man missing from northern Indiana. 

The Cromwell Police Department is investigating the disappearance of 85-year-old Jerry Moore, who’s described as 6 feet, 1 inch tall, weighs 160 pounds, and has gray hair and brown eyes.

Moore was last seen Tuesday, April 30 at 6:15 p.m. in Cromwell, Indiana, wearing a gray coat, blue jeans and black leather shoes. He’s believed to be in extreme danger and may require medical assistance, state police said.

Anyone with information on Moore’s whereabouts is asked to contact the Cromwell Police Department at 260-856-3838 or call 911.

Cromwell is roughly 150 miles north of Indianapolis, in Noble County.
