Jeremy Clarkson helped to make a young cancer patient’s dream come true by giving him a ride in a Lamborghini tractor at Diddly Squat farm.

Joshua, 12, was diagnosed with a rare form of bone cancer, Ewing Sarcoma, in April 2022.

He had 14 rounds of chemotherapy and even spent his 11th birthday and Christmas in hospital before completing his treatment in January 2023.

However, the brave 12-year-old’s cancer returned in August last year.
